    Curator - Design & Estimation

    Location : New Delhi/Gurgaon

    Job Description :

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Curator with a passion for interior design and proficiency in MS Excel. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in bathroom sanitaryware and bath fittings, and be eager to learn and grow within our company. The Junior Curator will work closely with our sales team to understand client requirements, manage product options, and provide tailored solutions that align with client budgets and preferences.

    Key Responsibilities:
    •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the sales team to understand client briefs, requirements, and budgets.
    •⁠ ⁠Develop and present customized product options for clients, focusing on bathroom sanitaryware, bath fittings, and wellness products.
    •⁠ ⁠Use MS Excel to manage and analyze product data, client requirements, and inventory information.
    •⁠ ⁠Read and interpret floor plans to ensure product selections are appropriate for client spaces.
    •⁠ ⁠Draft visually appealing presentations using Canva to showcase product options and design concepts.
    •⁠ ⁠Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and bathroom products to provide innovative solutions.
    •⁠ ⁠Maintain a comprehensive understanding of warehouse stock and product availability.
    •⁠ ⁠Assist in managing the product database and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

    Qualifications:
    •⁠ ⁠Educational background in Interior Design or related field preferred.
    •⁠ ⁠Strong interest and knowledge in interior design, particularly in bathroom fittings and wellness products.
    •⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
    •⁠ ⁠Ability to read and interpret floor plans.
    •⁠ ⁠Experience with Canva or willingness to learn and become proficient in it.
    •⁠ ⁠Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    •⁠ ⁠Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction by taking Architects into confidence
    • Meet Architects and to get Valueline / the materials specified of the brands we deal for the projects on which they are working
    • Arrange business meetings or showroom visits with prospective clients.
    • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing Architects and Customers.
    • Meeting with Architects, builders, Plumbing consultants and Contractors to get the Business.
    • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
    • Communicating new product developments to Architects & prospective clients.
    • Increase the coverage width of New Architects & New Builders, parallelly maintaining healthy business relation with existing Architects and Builders to achieve the given Targets

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Must be able to meet and greet visitors with a gracious and courteous manner Greeting all visitors and escorting to designated areas.
    • May assist with meeting planning including, booking rooms, arranging for necessary equipment, creating meeting materials, ordering food.
    • Assist with New Hire start-up in Red Carpet, greeting couriers and various service providers.
    • Operate multi-button telephone console, type correspondence, reports, labels, contracts, as directed and manage the calendar
    • Executive floor maintenance to ensure that the Lobby Reception Desk remains tidy, organised and ready for business.
    • Managing expense reports, catering and/or beverages for meetings when requested.
    • Answer all incoming calls for the office’s main line and Senior Employees. Screens and routes phone calls and delivers accurate messages.
    • Entering information into CRM database, create and maintain contact lists in a CRM.

    Personal Profile

    • Willing to work in and promote a team-oriented environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management and staff.
    • Consistently show a positive attitude & take responsibility for own actions.
    • Must be results driven and flexible to change
    • High School graduate or equivalent with knowledge of Ms Office.
    • Previous reception experience (preferable)
    • Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Telugu (preferable).
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, superior attention to detail is necessary
    • Minimum 1 year experience in high end reception and concierge services
    • Good oral communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read, write, and follow directions.

    Sales Executive

    Sales executives will be responsible for communicating the benefits of a company’s products in order to drive sales. They will serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services. Qualifications required are strong interpersonal and communication skills as well. Will need to develop a roadmap of short-term and sustainable long-term initiatives that produce significant new revenue, enhance ValueLine’s growth, improve efficiency ratios and operational improvement, and customer service enhancement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

    Requirements:
