VALUELINE

Salone del Mobile 2026: Carimali presents something that transcends the product itself: a narrative woven from matter, gesture, and design culture. Under the creative direction of Studio Daniel Germani, the Carimali space does not simply display collections. Instead, it becomes a sequence of material encounters. The architecture of water flows, tracing lines and engaging in a dialogue with light and the surrounding textures.

The architecture of water

Carimali reinterprets the bathroom space as an authentic sensory landscape, guided by the creative direction of Daniel Germani. At the center of the scene is Cruna, designed by Architect Chiara Caberlon and Marco Forbicioni: a collection inspired by the silhouette of a needle, where the flow of water becomes an essential, precise, and regenerative gesture. The excellence of Carimali’s Made in Italy is expressed through a dialogue with exceptional partners: Éclos sustainable surfaces by Cosentino and the Grid cast glass modules by Nouvel. Stone, glass, and water thus merge into a new concept of living, where technical rigor and artisanal emotion coexist in perfect balance.

Focus

What is called ‘minimal design’ does not necessarily consist of elementary forms. The complexity is generated by a simple variation of the basic geometry, which builds relationships between the sides and the angles that define the volume. Once the rule has been found, it is easy to apply it and generate one complex and multiform space according to needs and finishes. With a simple gesture the shapes become articulated, taking on a distinctive and recognizable character, so D-SIDE is born.
